About

Hey! That’s me

I’m Miracle Akintunde, a Business Technology & Automation Specialist based in Lagos.

I spend most of my time figuring out what’s slowing businesses down and building systems to fix it. My work cuts across AI tools, automation, and digital platforms, usually stepping in where things feel scattered or inefficient.

I’ve led projects from idea to deployment, bringing together teams, structuring systems, and making sure what gets delivered actually works in real-world use. I’m less interested in just building things, and more focused on building things that solve problems and make day-to-day operations easier.

How I work: business problem first, technology second. I check the data before trusting the brief, use plain logic where it works and AI where it earns its place, bring in qualified specialists for specialist work, and document everything so your team can run it.

Education: Diploma in Software Engineering, AltSchool Africa. BSc Human Physiology, Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH).

Process

Clarity Over Chaos

  • 01.

    Identify Bottlenecks

I start by understanding how the business actually runs: where work slows down, where information gets lost, and why. That keeps the focus on the real problem.

  • 02.

    Design Systems Around Them

Once the problem is clear, I design a system that fits how your team already works, not one they have to fight.

  • 03.

    Automate What's Needed

Not everything should be automated, and not everything needs AI. I automate where it saves real time or prevents real errors, and keep people in the loop where judgement matters.

  • 04.

    Deliver Something Usable and Documented

Every system is tested, documented and handed over so your team can run it. Nothing lives only in my head.
