About the project

Slow replies lose business. I built an AI receptionist for FORYN that answers questions about the company from its own information, understands what the enquirer needs, qualifies them and books a consultation call, handing over to a person when a question goes beyond what it should answer. Status: working demo, not yet live.

How it works

The receptionist handles inbound enquiries like a front desk: it answers from the company's own information, asks the questions needed to understand the enquirer, and moves qualified leads to a booked consultation. It can hand details to a CRM so nobody re-types anything.

Status: a working demo built for FORYN, my own company. Not yet live.
